Your text, translated by someone who works in your field

Contracts, manuals, websites and reports go to a translator who knows the subject, then to a second linguist who checks the result against your original.

What we translate

Three kinds of work make up most of what comes in. Each one goes to a translator who already writes in that field.

  • Documents and records

Contracts, agreements, statements, diplomas and corporate records, laid out to match the original so both versions read side by side.

  • Business and technical content

Manuals, specifications, reports and internal documents, with terminology held steady across every file in the set.

  • Websites and marketing

Product pages, campaigns and help articles rewritten so they read as though they were written for that market.

Included on every level

  • A translator who already works in your subject
  • A second linguist checks the text before delivery
  • Formatting kept close to your original file
  • Price and delivery date fixed before you pay

Rates and delivery dates come from our current price list and are shown in the currency you picked in the header.

Specialists, not generalists

A supply agreement and a machine manual need different translators. We match your text to someone who already works in that field, so the terminology is right on the first pass instead of after three rounds of comments.

Nothing is delivered on one pair of eyes. A second linguist reads the translation against your source file and checks meaning, names, figures and layout before it reaches your account.

Translators are not picked off a list. Everyone we work with passes a test assignment first, and their finished jobs keep going through our own quality review afterwards.

How we work
  • Hands holding a printed page up beside a monitor to compare the two versions
  • Reviewer marking corrections on a technical manual with sticky tabs along the edge
  • Linguist on a video call with a client, seen over the shoulder
  • Desk from above with a laptop, bilingual dictionaries and a notebook
  • Three colleagues agreeing terminology at a glass whiteboard
  • Translator finishing a job, the completed document squared up on the desk

What clients say

Translico exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and to cultural nuance helped us launch the product in several markets at once, and we could not be happier with how the copy reads.
Sarah J.Marketing Manager
We needed website localisation for several European markets. The process was organised from the start: clear pricing, fast replies, and careful work on tone. The translated content reads naturally and fits our brand voice.
Michael R.Regular Client
We send Translico a steady flow of reports and partner correspondence, and every text comes back in the same house style. The review pass catches things our own team misses, and the turnaround has never slipped past the date we were quoted.
Jessica A.International Relations Specialist
I submitted a complex document that needed translating into three languages at once. Translico coordinated the whole thing without confusion: consistent terminology across all three versions, the right phrasing, and delivery ahead of the date.
Emily T.Content Manager
After a frustrating run with another agency I tried Translico for a product catalogue. The difference showed immediately. The translator clearly understood the subject, and the final text needed almost no revisions.
