The measures described in this section do not constitute customer due diligence, know-your-customer procedures, anti-money laundering controls, or any other regulated compliance activity.
If the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or insufficient to reasonably understand the intended use of the Services, or if the intended use appears to fall within restricted categories, the Company may refuse to provide the Services or may suspend or terminate access to the Services in accordance with this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
8. Company Rights and Termination
