Who we are
A working network of translators and reviewers rather than an office of generalists. Someone who knows your subject writes the text, and someone else checks it.
How the work is organised
Every order carries two roles. A translator writes the target text, and a reviewer reads it against your source file. Neither role is optional, and neither is handed to software.
Translators are matched to a text by field and language pair, not by who happens to be free. That is why a supply agreement and a product manual end up with different people.
Nobody starts on client work without passing a test assignment first, and finished jobs keep going through our own quality review after that.
Files, messages and delivery all sit in your account, so nothing that matters happens in an untracked email thread.

What we hold to
Four commitments that decide how we take work on and how we hand it back.
A person writes it
Machine output is never handed over as a finished translation. If a tool helps a translator work faster, the text is still their responsibility.
A second pair of eyes
Review is part of every service level. The reviewer checks meaning, names, figures and formatting against the original.
The price you were shown
The rate and the delivery date are on screen before you confirm, and they do not move afterwards without your agreement.
Your text stays yours
Documents are visible only to the people assigned to your order, are held under confidentiality agreements, and are not used to train anything.

Specialists in the subject, checked by a second linguist, delivered on the date you saw.
Translate with us
We keep taking on translators who work in a defined field and can hold a deadline. Applications and test tasks run through the same account system clients use.
