Translation services

We work with written text. Whatever the file is, it goes to a translator who knows the subject, then to a reviewer who reads the result against your original.

Types of text we handle

If your text does not fit any of these, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

  • Documents and records

    Contracts, agreements, corporate records and personal certificates, kept in the layout of the original so the two versions can be read line against line.

  • Technical documentation

    Manuals, specifications, safety instructions and engineering docs, with terms held consistent across a whole set of files rather than decided again on every page.

  • Business and financial content

    Reports, presentations, policies and internal communication, translated in the register the people reading them expect.

  • Websites and product copy

    Interface text, product pages and help articles, adapted so they sound written for the market rather than converted into it.

  • Marketing and campaigns

    Landing pages, emails and ads, where what matters is the effect on the reader, so the wording is rebuilt instead of followed word for word.

  • Proofreading and typesetting

    Already have a translation? We will edit and proofread it, and set the text in the target language so the layout survives the switch.

What happens to your file

The same three stages run on every order, whichever service level you choose.

  1. Match

    Your text is assigned to a translator who works in its field and in that language pair.

  2. Translate

    The translation is written by that person, with your formatting, names and figures kept intact.

  3. Review

    A second linguist reads the result against the source and fixes anything that drifted.
